Motivational Interviewing (MI) has demonstrated its effectiveness in assisting individuals to cultivate the motivation necessary for change across various health and lifestyle behaviors. Established by Professors Bill Miller and Steve Rollnick, MI has been validated in its application to modifying behaviors such as smoking cessation, alcohol reduction, dietary improvements, exercise habits, and even professional and personal relationships. Central to this approach is the exploration of ambivalence—the internal conflict regarding the decision to change—followed by a commitment to initiate that change. MI Coach, led by Dr. Stan Steindl, an internationally recognized practitioner and trainer in MI, offers a structured platform that includes instructional videos, targeted exercises, and practical goal-setting strategies.

HOW IT WORKS:
